Privacy Statement

What data is collected, why it is used, how long it is kept, and what rights you have over your information.

Effective September 24, 2026 6 min read

1. Data We Collect

For commission and support workflows, we may collect your name, email address, selected service, project notes, and payment status details. Commission form submissions also include a one-way hash of the connection address and the submission date to enforce a daily spam limit; the raw connection address is not saved in the submission record.

When you email or message us, conversation history may be stored for service continuity and dispute resolution.

We may also collect limited device, browser, and interaction data through cookies or similar technologies, including basic usage signals such as page visits, preferences, and whether site content has been viewed or progressed through.

2. Why Data Is Used

Personal data is used to respond to inquiries, deliver services, issue invoices, provide support updates, and understand how the site is being used.

We only use the data needed to operate the commission relationship and legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

Data may be shared with trusted processors only when required for payments, hosting, email delivery, or legal compliance.

  • Payment processors receive billing details needed to complete transactions.
  • Hosting or analytics vendors may process limited technical data.
  • Legal authorities may receive data when disclosure is required by law.

4. Data Retention

Commission inquiry, project, billing, and usage records are kept only as long as needed for business operations, responding to and managing requests, legal or tax obligations, analytics, and dispute handling.

When retention is no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal or contractual obligations.

Depending on your location, you may also be able to object to certain tracking or request limits on some forms of processing.

You may also object to certain processing activities and request restricted processing in valid cases.

6. Contact

For privacy requests or concerns, email contact@lynniia.com with enough context to identify your request.

We may ask for verification before fulfilling data-related requests to protect account security.
