Another custom chibi illustration of VelvetBlackthornVT! 🖤✨

Velvet actually commissioned me for a second chibi, this time with another amazing outfit 🖤 It was a very nice test for myself to see if I could draw her again with the same quality and level of detail. I was really happy with how her first chibi turned out, and I’m also very happy with this one AHHH!
